Its one of the better ones, but Skype isn't the no.1 for free online video and voice calls anymore (as it has slipped to about 10th place on the list of these kind of programs). unfortunately I don't know what program holds the top spot at present is called or why though.

Skype is still one of the best if not the best, really its only other compitetor is face time for Apple users.
