Skype is still a pretty good software.

not as good as it used to be, but yes

agreed Brandon, but I will add to this by saying that there are plenty of alternative programs available for those who aren't able to ignore the adds that are on Skype now

still better to keep it as UN-updated as possible

Not entirely true, as there are a few times when upgrading can fix a bug.

True, but then they just put in a new bug!

well maybe... but one's only alternative is to use a different social networking program if they don't like what Skype has become.

the biggest bug is the update itself

I suppose it depends on the update though mtvfan.

as i keep saying, keep your skype and un updated as possible for as long as possible

I do use Skype some times but not a lot any more. I did love the older version of Skype more better than any new versions of Skype. It seems I can't even get the latest new version of Skype since there is a problem with downloading it. Hopefully it is fixed the next time I do want to get the latest version of Skype

skype updates are a pain, it's bet to keep your skype as basic as possible
