The process of building this area is progressing well, but a lot of work remains to be completed.

the lower reverse loop is almost complete, so the upper reverse loop and helix are yet to be built. And now just in, the new inter-modal yard area spurs are now complete. here are the pics to show you all

both are currently in-process at this time, but such have to be planned properly (as mistakes now will prove to be quite costly in the future).

So what would you say the percentage is of phase 3 completion so far?

Its just a guess on my part, but I would say around 10%.
