Unfortunately the model turntable that MTV and I have installed on our model train setup is proving to be quite problematic and troublesome, but removing this device isn't an option. As for Josh's comment in relation to back orders, such is very true but its not always avoidable.

it's still new, so it's got to be broken in so it will work better, like letting it get used to things
