What kind of microphone do you use?

Hello everyone,

I would like to hear about what microphone you use, which ones you have used in the past and what is your favorite one?

i think it had a defective battery it wasn't charging up correctly or wouldn't hold a charge or something that's one of the reasons i will never go wireless it's all wired mics for me i use to do wireless it was a pain had to change out batteries during the shows not my idea of fun at all.

true, my Corsair gaming headset is wireless , but you can also use it wired via the USB, so you charge and use it at the same time.

I heard the ports on the new ones can be defective.But the older version the battery and port had no issues.

oh gotcha so the port is just defective that sucks looks like they don't do quality control on there headset's anymore.

That is what I have read from reviews online anyway.

Agreed, especially when you had product that actually lasted for some time before it was remade to be like junk.

Ya nothing is as good as the original anymore and microphones are a good example of cheap made Junk 

Unfortunately they don't make anything like they used to anymore  .

Sadly most things in the world are made super cheap and don't last very long. Moving on a bit, there is a chance that I will be able to replace my now defective Logitech H600 wireless headset with an earlier version. Such is completely dependent on current events in the world however.

According to Brandon, I will be using a Logitech H390 USB headset instead of an earlier version of Logitech's H600 wireless USB headset for my BGRN shows (as of 6:50 PM CST on 3/272020). This will have to wait for quite a while though, as current events in the world (the details of which I will NOT discuss) are making things VERY difficult.

Hello everyone, here's a quick development on the situation regarding my headset.
As of 5:40 PM CST on 3/28/2020, the defective Logitech H600 headset is now on its way back to Brandon. Frustratingly the BS that's in the world right now is making it impossible for me to get the Logitech H390 headset. I do have my old Logitech G320 headset though and while its not compatible with my win10 machine (or doesn't appear to be), its better than nothing.

According to what I know, I will not be using a wireless headset again. 
Brandon will be replacing the now defective and unusable Logitech H600 wireless USB headset with an H390 headset. 
This isn't wireless but has a muteable mic and that is what I'm needing.

as long as it's still usb i think you will do fine

I agree. Tbh I would love to meet the person who actually invented the computer USB port, as it has definitely made the world an easier place to live (technologically speaking anyway).

Getting back on topic, I am still without an operable mic for my BGRN shows at this time but such can't be helped due all of the BS currently in the world.

Art , you still put on a good show with a mic, and yes all this BS is getting to me too, wish it would end already.

I will try ordering the new microphone for you as soon as the money hits my account, the refund hasnt fully finished processing even though Amazon said it did.
