Amplifiers or powered speakers?
First topic message reminder :
Which do you use? Depending on your desired setup, you can either use an amplifier with a pair of speakers, or use powered speakers that have their own power.
I use a 2500-watt amplifier with my recording studio. Why so much power? I have the amplifier output going to three sets of speakers, so for every set of speakers you have the wattage gets halved. So in the end, each speaker gets 625 watts of power, still enough to have a nice, crisp sound.

The topic is not about computer speakers!![]()

I think you are confused, we are not reffering to THAT kind of 'powered' speakers. Computer speakers are NOT included in the speakers being discussed in this topic.

Couldnt have gotten clearer in those posts if you tried. One even DIRECTLY said exactly that computer speakers were not included in the topic.
