Dlive General Discussion

Hello everyone,

I create this topic to discuss the growing live streaming site known as Dlive. Have any of you used it? If so, what do you like or dislike about it? Is there a feature you wish they would add or remove? What are your overall impressions of it?

I would like to hear you guys think of it.

I have been there a few times. It looks decent but I will not be casting there due to my commitment to BGRN.

I haven't been on there yet. I don't know what to say about it. I did see that Andy from Twilight FM was doing some test streams on there. But I couldn't make it to any of his shows on there. That is my thoughts

will see how long that last's tho he has been site hopping i'm not betting he will stay on DLive since it's hard to tell at this point

The main downside I can see of this site is the fact that it does not have a chatter list. Though I hear this is in the works.

ya that's what the buzz is all about but more then likely who knows if andy will stay or go back to his other site he loves so much

i really don't think BGRN will ever move there art so far that's not on the table nor will it ever be.

That seems strange to me that the site does not have a chatter list, as that is standard on pretty much every other streaming website out there.

Also I have never heard of Dlive before this topic, so I can't really comment any further on the site

You are correct Tester, having a chatter list is standard to streaming sites. I have yet to find one (other than Dlive) that doesn't.

i have never heard of a streaming site that don't have a chatters list and as you said brandon it is standard for a streaming site to have one Youtube also has one for there chat system so why don't DLive that should have been there from the get go

Agreed, they definitely should have had one from launch. Not sure what they were thinking when they one without it.

Well if you can't see the chatter list on there then there is no point on even going on there at all. You need to see who you are chatting with. I haven't been on this website at all. I know that that DJ Aaron and DJ Andy did some test shows on this website but I didn't get to see them at all

only 3 test's myself then i was like eh no chatters list the sites not for me andy thought the same thing he went back to ivlog i stayed on camup

Andy still constantly switches between Dlive and Ivlog himself.

man i wish he would stop that and pick a site already

Pardon me for sounding a tad biased here but I think that a chatters list is important as it lets the caster know who is behaving and who isn't.

I agree there art it is very important to have a chatters List this way you know who is in the chat or watching

Well it more or less lets the caster know who is in the room and who isn't. I completely agree with you though. A chatters list is very important.

and i was on there the other day still no chatters list so i don't know if there going to add one or not

I hear a chatters list is in the works for it though.

I also don't understand the currency system they seem to have. What is the point of it?

i don't understand it either and i agree with you what is the point of it.

It seems to be some sort crypto currency or something like that. The system is called Blockchain, which if I am not mistaken is way to structure data and stuff like that.
