Ustream APP

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to make this topic today, so that everyone is aware of one of the only streaming sites out there with its own app: [Only mods are allowed to see this link] .

I have searched fairly thoroughly for streaming site apps, the only one I managed to find that is associated with an actual live streaming site, was Ustream. The Ustream APP allows you to broadcast to your Ustream account, channels, etc right from your phone or other mobile device. It also allows you to record your shows aired from it, very primitive chatting (mod tools and emots are not in included) and the ability to share your stream on any social media accounts you have associated with your Ustream account.

The [Only mods are allowed to see this link] can be found on the [Only mods are allowed to see this link] and possibly the apple store (though I cant confirm this) and its free... atleast on most devices and providers.

Ah ok! Its a cool app, you could probably use it to set up your [Only mods are allowed to see this link] stream.

I would actually try Ustream first. Ustream is an actual streaming site, whereas Twitter is more just a social media platform.

well the app called meerkat allows live streaming via twitter, but i will try both

I understand that, but no one will really tune in or know what to do, because it is not intended as a streaming site.

Yep! Have you tried the app yet mtvfan?

Since Ustream has been rebranded and is no longer free, the Ustream App no longer exists. As such I am moving this to the dump.
