Noise-cancelling headphones?
Do you use noise-cancelling headphones often? What brands?
I use a pair of LyxPro HAS-10 noise-cancelling headphones for recording.

I have used a headset microphone. The microphone was noise cancelling and I think the headphones were too.

Re: Noise-cancelling headphones?
Update, my LyxPro HAS-10 headphones broke. It was still under warranty luckily, so I sent it back. I got a nice surprise when they sent a new and better model back; the HAS-30! Would highly recommend LyxPro for their good headphones and awesome service!

they can be nice, but it's even better if they still have warranty though

Of course, so when it breaks you get an even better one

Wow @pwnsomewin , they sent you an even newer model? Wow talk about customer service that is not fully about the money. I guess they really want customers for life

Re: Noise-cancelling headphones?
that could be it, or the company wasn't able to or was unwilling to replace the model and gave him a newer model instead

Logitech products tend to last a few years.

Re: Noise-cancelling headphones?
also check out some of the Audio Technica headphones the ones i have block out 99% of loud noise at times when someone walks into the room and tries to talk to me i can't hear them only the music i hear i have to take the headphones off just to hear people studio headphones also are getting good at noise cancellation and i think mine has them also to block out any outside sounds.

Most noise cancelling headphones aren't that good. Wow those are some good headphones then.
Re: Noise-cancelling headphones?
yes they are a good set of headphones when i do shows at times i have to take them off to let my ears rest and also if someone walks in i can pay attention to them as well once i'm into my show i'm very focused even with them on.
