If anyone wants to know, there's been a story about a Baltimore mother slapping her son for being stupid enough to take part in the foolish nonsense on the news recently.

All rioting is stupid! It accomplishes nothing and it only destroys and damages your own community further. I am totally in agreement things must change, but stupidity is not the way to do it!

Well it is just real dumb I don't know why it is happened at all. But it is sad event for people in the USA. I hear about it in Canada but still real sad event that shouldn't have happened in the first place. People shouldn't be discriminating in the first place if it is against the race of people that live there. Those are my thoughts

It started over the death of Freddie Gray, a 17 or 18 year old teenager they arrested "with no reason to detain him for"' and placed him in a police van, now Balitmore police have a long history of not buckling their prisoners in properly with a seatbelt in a van, so along the way, bumpdy bump bumpdy, Gray rolls around in the van, probably hitting his head a bunch of times, fell on the floor a couple times and ended up with a severed neck and unable to breath by the time he reached the police station. Aftering a week in a medicaly indused coma and after a couple surgeries, Gray died, after spending a week in the hospital.

It was more an issue of neglect then anything else, didnt buckle him in the seatbelt (as required by police policy) and didnt give any kind of medical help or assistance despite his repeated requests for medical treatment.

That may be the general issue across the country, but the baltimore issue specificly was NOT a matter of race, it was a matter of neglect.

There were 6 officers charged, the officer with the highest charge was the driver of the van, he is Black... So how can it be a racial issue wheb the officer is BLACK HIMSELF!

Not in Balitmore... But elsewhere yes. The kid in baltimore died following serious neck injuries he recieved in the pattywagon.

Now that statement is a bit stereo typical... I dont think its the police themselves theg hate, its their actions and brutality they hate. You get rid if that, why wouldnt they be okay with them? You make it sound like people of color hate police and law enforcemenf itself, like just the fact that they HAVE police officers in their community is what they hate... Not the police's behavior.

i said MOST, which doesn't mean they all do. it just means that a good majority does, but there are exceptions to the rules

Again though, I dont think its the police they hate, it is the behavior of police they hate.

P.s remmeber to use hashtags whenever you can guys .

granted, but it's the actions of MOST black people are what cause situations like this, and it really needs to stop, i for one am tired of hearing about it all
