isn't it kind of obvious what a train set is? you can find them anywhere, at least in North America. I dont know if they are that prevalent in Europe

A train set is a are mini model trains, you set the up on a table hook a transformer (to put power to the tracks) and any accesories you want.

well, one has to pick a scale to model, because there are many scales of modelling, but HO Scale, Called OO scale in Europe. is the most popular
