Hello, we regret to inform you that we (the adminstrators at BD) can not remove the time out sessions! This is a forumotion issue, and we will working closely with their staff to resolve this issue as fast a possible. For the latest updates please follow this thread: Disable Time Out session

Note: There is a way to get around it: before you leave the chat to post around type a period (.) and hit enter. This will reset the chatbox's timeout counter!
