stick to a layout that everyone knows, and ask when people want it to change, that's the way to get members

Every casting site is different and have different layouts as a result, there's not much else that can be said.

Mtvfan, there is no truth, only opinion and preferance. Thats how it is with all casting sites. You also you have never used Ivlog so you can't really know its layout or fairly judge it.
