I hope your operating session went well and you enjoyed it.

Unfortunately events beyond our control have forced the most recent operating sessions to be cancelled, but such has not dampened our enthusiasm for this hobby.

Oh, what happened? That is if you don't mind sharing, if you don't want to share, by all means you don't have to .

I've forgotten the exact details but I think it had to do with some family issues.

Yeah, this happens on occasion. However, there hasn't been any instance of this in a while now so the operations are back on again.

Any new [Only mods are allowed to see this link] made to your [Only mods are allowed to see this link] at all recently?

2nd level bench work is nearly complete, just have to complete the bench work and still have to add the track bed and rails to the reverse loop and helix as well as add the wires for the power.

Update

Helix is progressing, end ramp is in place, but not secured yet, as the incline/decline may have to be moved back to allow a stack train to clear the bench work for the upper reverse loop when the track bed and track are installed, will test this tonight when i am on site.

further update

double stacks will just barely clear with track bed and tracks installed, but instead of moving the incline/decline ramp, the upper bench work for the upper reverse loop, in the area above the helix ramp, will be raise slightly to accommodate the height of the double stacked containers

lower reverse loop is complete and powered up, but still have to iron out the bugs, still have to complete the upper loop and helix bench work, and add the track bed and rails, power is already wired in so that step is looked after already

just have to complete the upper loop and helix, but adding some more yard spurs to the lower area.

new yard spurs are in place, and being put to use, pics will be posted tomorrow, just have to work out the bugs on electrical for the upper reverse loop and helix, as well as iron out the issues with the lower loop and passenger coaches. but will add this pic for you all
