Re: Train sets!
well i'm just glad i got that load issue solved. so now it's on to bigger and brighter, and trying to solve the trouble with the Lego technic wheels as a load, but the plan is to make type of cradle for them to ride in also, but i am looking for more drinking straws or Slurpee Straws for use as Pipe loads because i know how the are loaded on a bulkhead now.

Cool!
Re: Train sets!
update, cradle for TT fan is complete, and it looks really good, now the plan for the wheel cradle is in motion, but the one snag is that the sprues do not fit through the center of the wheel rims so they will have to be laid flat on the rig, then secured to the rig in some way, either cradled in or tied down. Lastly, 7835 has suffered yet another breakdown, and this one may not be fixable by me, but i have 3 other locomotives that work fine so i am not worried much about it, but if i can, i willt ry and see about some repairs, if theya re possible, picture of new cradle follows tomorrow, or Wednesday at
the earliest.

Re: Train sets!
new [Only mods are allowed to see this link] are here
[Only mods are allowed to see this link]
3 loads at the freight station waiting for loading
[Only mods are allowed to see this link]
3 Lego Technic wheels on rims on the wheel rig built for them.
the sprues are from the Grain elevator kit and were just sitting around collecting dust, and the
pipes and wheels were giving me trouble for a long time, so i decided to try and rig something
together for them, and used those sprues to do it, i am happy they turned out as well as they have.

Re: Train sets!
I'm still working on the wheels rig right now, because two of the wheels
will not stay secured properly, so i will have to keep trying with it. Update, the wheels
rig is complete, but will add a pic tomorrow as i can't be bothered doing it now.

Re: Train sets!
update, the reverse loops and helix on phase 3 are on hold yet again, which is proving very taxing
and annoying, so i have made it clear that I will be sitting
it out until construction starts up again, but now the question becomes
how to pass my time now that i am not running trains around

Ahh... They came out fine. Can't really help camera fuzziness.
Re: Train sets!
I was at the setup quite recently but forgot to take any photos during my time there. Unfortunately the reasons for any new construction planned for the setup being placed on hold again is out of our hands (since most them relate to health issues being experienced by our father). There are a few other issues in play here, but I feel that its better to not discuss them.

Re: Train sets!
construction has started again, so all other issues are either irrelevant or are just too petty and immature to be mentioned, but as of now, the inline for the upper loop and helix is in
place, but there is still more work to do. [Only mods are allowed to see this link] will show you the progress so far
