well, if TTfan continues to not make an effort to dismantle the layout, i will do the same, i have worked my butt off for the last few weeks on dismantling, when he has sat out at every opportunity. which is hardly fair

As I said earlier today, the reason why I didn't make any effort to help dismantle the LCVR yesterday (11/21/2017) is because I was doing a BGRN cast on YouLive (which resulted in me receiving some very much unwanted but mostly minor criticism) when I was asked about the matter.

Seeing as how my explanation for the most recent incident is a valid one, I honestly do not understand why you're being such a jerk 1mtvfan. I would have gone today (11/22/2017), but your plan worked out and made this impossible. I am willing to help get the setup deconstructed but you need to stop being so pushy about it and more respectful of the choices that I make.

From what I know 1mtvfan, you freely chose to sit out own your own free will (in a very foolish and ill-advised reaction to the LCVR's president implementing a train length limit, which isn't going to be repealed any time soon). As I have grown very tired of arguing about this matter with you 1mtvfan, all I'm going to say in response to your chosen course of action is that you're free to do as you please. I am also making another concentrated effort to maintain order on BD and preserve this thread's existance by permanently discontinuing this argument.

as i said, if TTFan sits out on the work to dismantle, i will do the same, and i am NOT backing down, even though it means more time must be taken for dismantling, it's bad enough all of the BS rules and politics has cost me 2 years of summer fun, as well as potentially leaving me out of the new layout, something i am not looking forward to. apologies for the double post, It is not fair on me or our dad to have to go on our own to dismantle when TTfan has a hand in the layout as well,he SHOULD NOT be sitting out when the layout is being dismantled.

Phase 3 is now in its last stages of dismantling, phase 2 is next in line for dismantling, main lines on phase 1 are also now gone

I would have gone and helped to get this work done faster, but I have volunteer commitments to honor first and (much to my displeasure) they often leave me physically drained. There is at least one other issue that plays a role in my desire to assist in completing this work, but I'm not able to mention it as doing so will cause another argument (which could have an adverse effect on the future of this thread).

TTFan always has an excuse to miss out on  working lately, i paid a visit today, upper part of phase 2 is now removed, lower part rails are now gone for lower loop and grain elevator spurs,now working on roadbed removal, and remaining pieces of bench work. RIP Liptonville :(and sadder still, i may be forced to sit out on any operating sessions on the new layout as well

I apologize for playing broken record here, but I feel a need to remind 1mtvfan that I can't always do what he wants me to do in terms of LCVRR deconstruction as I have both relationship and volunteer commitments to maintain (the 1st commitment mentioned above is why I wasn't able to assist today, or 11/28/2017).

I also need to remind him that our dad doesn't always give us a lot of time to prepare for a trip to the LCVRR's current home. I'm sorry to potentially jeopardize the future of this thread by saying this but I can recall that 1mtvfan and our dad have had disagreements that were related to the setup in some way on several occasions

TTFan's excuses never stop, sad, because it's  much easier to work with many hands instead of just one or two. and sort of wondering now if this thread is worth the time to continue anymore now that liptonville will soon be no more. RIP liptonville

While I find to be a very frustrating hassle, I feel obligated to remind 1mtvfan that I have a much busier life than he does (plus maintaining a steady relationship takes work from BOTH of the parties involved). Moving on, I'm cautiously optimistic about getting a chance to visit the setup today (11/29/2017), but there are no garuntees associated with this plan.

Wasn't able to visit the setup today (since the father of myself and 1mtvfan left before I could get my outdoor clothing on), but I've had other issues to concentrate on. I won't be getting into detail about them on here but I will say that 1mtvfan has a MAJOR role to play in ALL of them. There also hasn't been any talk of designing the LCVRR's replacement as yet, but such isn't a big surprise as this isn't a priority at present.

@1mtvfan, what exactly is your problem here? I have explained why I'm not able to help dismatle the setup in the past two days and yet you continue to make abusive and cynical comments about me in this regard. I get the feeling that maybe you're wanting to be the only one to comment on this BD thread and, if the abusive cynicism towards me continues such is going to happen.

@1mtvfan I was busy with relationship obligations yesterday, plus our dad frequently goes to the setup before either one of us can get our outdoor clothing on now. I am only going to say this one more time, cut the abusive and cynical comments about me or I am done with this thread as well.

Ok, that's it! A very cold-heartled and cynicism-filled congratulations goes to 1mtvfan, as he is now the ONLY member of Broadcasting Duo to remain committed to this particular BD thread. As of today (11/29/2017), I hereby (and permanently) resign from it since I am no longer able or willing to put up with the abusive cynicism that I've been getting from this person in the 90 or so days. I did have something else to say about this garbage treatment, but such isn't worth my time.
