this means your topic was successfully created.
Note: There are certain sections where you will not be able to create a new topic in,
1.The Dump
2. The Announcement section (reserved for staff only)
3. Any Archive section
4. Completed GFX Design requests
5. Approved Advertisements
6. Any locked section (red microphone icon).
There may be 1 or 2 others that I am forgetting, but I believe I got most of them.
