Ezcapechat General Discussion

First topic message reminder :

This is for any discussions on the chat/streaming website Ezcapechat.com (formerly Kageshi.com).

That is ok Charlie since my viewers is usually zero no matter where I broadcast on if it is Vaughn Live or iVlogTV. The most viewers I had was one. I am still avoiding this website. I heard there was a problem with the server and the whole site was down. Apart of the slight lag and problems with the website. It is looking like I won't be coming back this website any time soon

Kageshi is a better bet

I have looked at this site a few times, but remain neutral about using it.

I would say I am still not using this website or going on it to seeing a show. I am not a big fan of this website at all. With lagging and seeing people on webcams isn't something I like to see every time I use it. I only checked it out some times. But I haven't been on it in a very long time. This website is my least favorite so far

Just so everyone knows, Kageshi is no longer operating. It has been rebranded as ezcapechat.

Yes I have been aware of this for a few days. I plan to change the name of the section to match the new name.

Though I must say that the new name is terrible.

yes, the new name stinks, but it is still online, so kageshi hasn't completely died

Yes I seen that too. I only know that since Martin aka DJ Marvelous Mart does his show on that website. I have not been on it since they rebranded it as whatever it called now. But still been so busy no time to see Martin's show at all. Only because the change different doesn't help at all

well, no matter the name it's still a better best than Ivlog or vaughnlive

I really have been aggaravated with ezcapechat lately, chatrooms refuse to work on firefox on my pc, even when clearing cache and what have you it still doesn't work. Have to use internet exploder (explorer) to get in a room.

My flash player is up to date. It is not my end, every other site with flash loads just fine, except ezcape.

Well I am avoiding Vaughn Live all together. I haven't been on iVlog in a very long time now. Andy was on this website called Twitch. It looks interesting not sure if I will be going on there. But it seems Brandon was having problems getting into a room on Firefox. Having to go into Internet Explorer to get it to work. I had the same problem with You Live Now. But it could be with the Flash player. Anyways not sure when I will be checking out this website at all. I know Martin misses me in his show. Just got to have some time to see it. I am sure I will check it out at some point

I finally figured out the problem, firefox somehow changed a setting have flash 'always ask before using' and on the site it wouldn't ask me if I wanted to use it. I changed it back to always allow the way it was before and now it works.

Anyway I only use this site to go in the room of star fm.

well, phonic radio broadcasts there as well

I also seen Charlie from Star Radio was broadcasting in this website. I know Martin from Phonic Radio does his show on this website too. Been too busy to see anyone's show on this website. Maybe one day I will check it out at some point

Ezcapechat is a better bet, and i am sticking to that.

I have said this before, but I only go on this site to go in a room called Star FM. From my perspective and experiencd with this site, it is designed as more of a chat site then a streaming site (it is even in the name now: Ezcapechat). While yes you could use it as a streaming platform as well, it seems to have been designed with chatting and talking to people as it's primary focus.

P.s I have re named this topic to 'Ezcapechat General Discussion' since the site has been renamed and that is esstentially what this topic is being used for.

Well I haven't been on this website at all. I know Charlie from Star FM has invited me to join this website. But it never worked out to check it out at all. I only know of Charlie from Star FM and Martin from Phonic Radio using this website. I am sure it is similar to a chat website not used for broadcasting. But whatever works that is. I have to check out this website at some point

I can safely say that is not going to happen. It doesn't have many features I like and you can't use a media encoder like obs or xsplit on it.

Ezcapechat is more or less a chat site, that can be used as a streaming site. It is not primarily a streaming site I would say.

well, i can wait, as long as it takes for the bgrn to AT LEAST try ezcapechat before passing judgement on it
